At the beginning of May we have installed a CO2 laser engraving machine. Is this important? Yes, as this laser engraving machine, also named galvo laser or wood laser, has been engineered specifically to laser engrave non-metal items (the fibre laser, also present in our print facility, is used to laser engrave metal items).

The galvo laser preserves the natural appearance of promotional products with an eco-look, like wood and cork, and is currently being tested to determine which settings lead to the best result. After thorough testing, this machine will be transported to our print facility in Poland, where our large orders are processed.

Besides lasering wooden products, the new laser engraving machine is also suitable for anti-stress items. Because of the frequent use of stress balls, for example, prints must be able to endure a lot. The laser burns off the top layer of the material, resulting in a permanent 3D logo, which withstands all use.

Last month, we also put an automated, 2 colour pad printing machine into use. The machine enables us to process 1 and 2 colour pad print orders at a very high speed, which results in a fast and efficient delivery of small amounts. Due to the standardised positioning of the products in molds, both the speed and quality of printing are even higher than other pad printing machines. We have produced molds for the top 25 pad print articles. This assortment will be increased during the coming period.

And last but not least; we have increased our fibre laser print capacity with 50%! This allows us to process your requests for laser engraving even faster!
