From our stakeholder analysis we concluded that in our future policy the social focus points should be on (1) the health, safety and vitality of our employees, (2) on the complete and transparent communication on our products and services and on (3) the responsibility we have towards human rights in our supply chain.

As a family company, our employees are extremely important for us. Therefore we aim to provide a pleasant work environment for them and value their wellbeing.

Speak up via the new whistleblower system
At our company it is our priority that all our employees can go to work healthy and motivated, regardless of their age, life stage, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, physical condition or any other similar factors. Favorite Gifts condemns any form of discrimination and provides equal chances to all. We also stand firm against any form of bribery or corruption.
