FIRST TIME RIGHT PRINTPROOF

We all know the phrase ‘well begun is half done!’ And that is precisely why ‘First time right print proof’ is so important, after all, that is the start of every print order. However, what is self-evident for sales in the printing information, can be explained very differently to a colleague in the studio. In this project, the studio and sales work closely together to see where the hick-ups are in this process and how this can be improved. Ultimately, of course, to make it easier and more fun for our customers to do business with us!

THERE IS MORE THAN JUST EMAIL

A entirely different project is the Project named ‘There is more than just email’, where the main focus is on how we communicate with each other. A project that seems simple, but in reality turns out to be quite difficult. Because, sometimes it seems much easier to exchange novel-like e-mails with each other, after all it gives you the feeling that you have immediately recorded it correctly. However, with this particular project, we would like to ask everyone to just simply give your colleagues a call, or drop by when possible. For example when you are still waiting for an answer or when a misunderstanding has arisen in the mail. When you proactively seek contact with your colleague, you will get a faster (Speed) answer, things can sometimes seem simpler than expected (Simplicity) and there may be room for ‘social talk’ (Fun). Ultimately, we serve the customer with this, because we will be able to provide answers faster and give them answers of better quality by working together and taking responsibility ourselves. Mail is good for confirming things, but not for explaining things. Mail can then be misinterpreted.
